Consist of 5 professional Staff with two way radio.

TASK

PLANNING

  • Start Coordination as soon as booking is confirmed

  • Up to 3 face-to-face meeting at any nearby malls within metro manila

  • Ongoing and unlimited contact with you via online.

  • Preparing a personalized and detailed Event Checklist Guide

  • Preparing an event day itinerary to all suppliers to make sure all of them are on the same page.

OVERALL

  • Coordinating with all vendors to ensure services/products for the event are provided in a timely manner

  • Preparing the “essential event day emergency kit”

CALL TIME

  • We will be at your prep venue 6 hours before the official ceremony time.

PRE-CELEBRATION

  • Work together with HMUA and Photo/Video Team for the photoshoot timeline and needs

  • Accepting deliveries.

  • Distributions of meals to all suppliers and family members

  • Assisting the celebrant with any of his/her “On the day” preparation needs.

RECEPTION

  • Making sure all suppliers are complete and on time

  • Overseeing set-up and design of reception areas and that everything is ready as planned

  • Welcoming of guests to the venue & supervising seating arrangements

  • Work together with the Emcee/Host on program cue and prizes distributions

  • Making sure all paraphernalia are ready such as cake, flowers, candles, wines etc.

  • Assist in dinner photo opt

  • Distribution of events favors/ souvenirs

  • Distributions of meals to all suppliers

  • Overseeing your entire reception to allow you, your family & friends to enjoy the day.

AFTER RECEPTION

  • Distributing of final payment to all suppliers/vendors

  • Supervising safe packing of gifts, cakes, and leftover food

  • Packing celebrant personal stuff and reception paraphernalia.

Note: All other set-up and needs discussed in our consultation to ensure that your Event Day runs smooth will be part of this package.
